Class is for pregnant moms and Moms & babies ages 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

Dates: Tuesdays in July 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31st

Time: 10:30-11:30am


Drop-in $7 online or $5 in person


Preregister for all 5 classes online $25

Why this class? I’m a mom of a new baby. I wanted to create a weekly yoga & mindfulness practice for myself. I want to connect with other moms in a safe, nurturing, & non-judgmental space. I’m also a certified prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher.

Details: Come practice along with me at Dharma yoga Loft in this unique experience. This unique class is an opportunity to practice yoga alongside me & my baby while we chat & do some baby yoga/massage with our little ones. I will not be “teaching” the class. I will lead you through my yoga practice and answer any questions you may have about your own yoga practice.

Please bring a blanket for your baby to lay on, a small snack if needed, water, and any other baby related items you may need to feel comfortable.

Vanessa practices and teaches mindfulness in which she also holds a Mindful Schools Curriculum Certification. Vanessa trained under Jane Austin with Mama Tree where she holds a Pre/postnatal yoga certification. 

She completed her BA at Arizona State University in Elementary Education with a focus on multicultural and multilingual populations with a minor in dance.  She currently holds a Clear California teaching credential with an authorization to teach children in which English is a second language, also known as a CLAD certification. 

Vanessa's goal is to bring happiness, confidence, mindfulness, and strength to all of her students.
