Vanessa-Owner/Director/Instructor-Paso Robles

Vanessa Salas is a proud Mexican-American wife, mother, entrepreneur and creative soul, and an active member of her local community.

Vanessa Completed her BAE degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, with a focus in multicultural and multilingual populations and a minor in dance, keeping her culture-mind-body balance a priority. From there, she worked as a public school teacher for seven years, honing her skills and expertise in the classroom, before transitioning to yoga instruction. Vanessa now holds adult, child and prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher training certifications.

Prior to her commitment to yoga as an adult, movement had been a part of Vanessa’s life since early childhood. She began her journey as a ballet dancer and eventually performed with her beloved group, Ensambles Ballet Folklórico de San Francisco. Today, she continues moving her body both through dance as a cherished hobby, and also teaching children’s yoga and dance classes.

Vanessa has dedicated herself to the nurturing development of kids and families through yoga and mindfulness practices. Her continued goal is to bring happiness, confidence, mindfulness and inner strength to our youth.
